1. How booking works
Submit a request online with your route, date and contacts — prices shown are estimates calculated per kilometre. Our team confirms availability and the final price by email or WhatsApp, usually within minutes.
2. Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after our explicit confirmation with the final quote. You will receive driver details (name, phone, vehicle) before the pickup.
3. Meeting the driver
At airports the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, with free waiting time after landing and flight monitoring. For other pickups the driver arrives at the agreed address at the agreed time.
4. Changes and cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup unless agreed otherwise. To change a booking (time, address, passengers) contact us at info@global-transfer.com or via WhatsApp — we accommodate changes whenever possible.
5. Child seats and extras
Child seats (infant carrier, child seat, booster) are provided free of charge on request — select them in the booking form. Other requests (extra stops, hourly hire) are welcome.
