1. Service
Global Transfer provides private passenger transport services (NCC — noleggio con conducente) in Italy and neighbouring countries. A booking request submitted through global-transfer.com is not a confirmed booking: prices shown online are estimates, and every booking is confirmed individually by our team with a final quote.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per vehicle and include tolls, fuel, parking and meet & greet unless stated otherwise. The final price is confirmed before the trip. Payment terms (cash, card, invoice) are agreed at confirmation.
3. Waiting time and delays
Airport pickups include free waiting time after landing and flight monitoring. If your flight is delayed we adjust the pickup at no extra charge whenever possible.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup unless otherwise agreed at confirmation. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
5. Passenger obligations
Passengers must provide accurate trip details, be reachable by phone/WhatsApp on the day of travel, and comply with safety rules (seat belts, child seats for minors as required by law).
6. Liability
Global Transfer operates with licensed drivers and insured vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, road closures, strikes). Our liability is limited to the price of the service where permitted by law.
