Group Transfers

Global Transfer provides group transfer services in Milan for weddings, corporate events and sports teams. Choose a Mercedes for up to 7, 8 or 16 passengers, or book several vehicles for a larger group.

Match the vehicle to the group

• V-Class: up to 7 passengers, from €2.4/km.
• Vito: up to 8 passengers, €4/km.
• Sprinter, 16 seats: price on request.

A minivan suits a small delegation or wedding party. For sports groups, include kit bags and equipment in the booking details so vehicle selection accounts for luggage as well as passenger numbers.

One vehicle, one shared cost

The fare is charged per vehicle, with a €30–50 pickup fee. Split across the group, one vehicle can cost less than several taxis. V-Class VIP is also available at €3.5/km.

Airport arrivals and event departures

Airport pickup includes a name sign and one hour of waiting. Water, Wi-Fi, chargers and child seats are free. NCC-licensed service runs 24/7; bookings are handled from 08:00 to 22:00. Drivers speak English, Italian and Russian. Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before pickup.
