Lugano

Lugano is the closest Swiss city to Milan, about 60 km from Malpensa and around 55 minutes by car. From central Milan the route is roughly 80 km and takes about 70 minutes, usually via the motorway toward Como and the Chiasso border crossing. Passports are required for Switzerland; the driver manages the route and border timing.

The fare is calculated by mileage and fixed at booking, so you pay for the car, not per seat. The driver meets you with a name sign, tracks the flight, and includes one hour of waiting after landing. Cars have water, Wi-Fi, and chargers; child seats are free on request.
